How long will it take to get my shadow box delivered?

Every shadow box is custom made-to-order; the average time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the box. 

What is the easiest way to order?

You may either email or telephone your order. Our email address is Email@RaysShadowBoxes.com. Email is checked frequently throughout the day. Our telephone number is 850-293-6771. Our hours are 7am to 5pm, central time, Monday through Friday. Closed week-ends.

What are my options?
Our shadow boxes are sold three different ways:

1. Shadow box with no mounting: You may want the box right a way and intend to mount your own memorabilia and provide your own engraving.

2. Shadow box with mounting: You send all the material that you want included in the shadow box. We will mount everything and the shadow box will be ready for display when you receive it.

3. Shadow box with mounting; military ribbon replacement needed: You have most of the materials to be included in the shadow box; however some military ribbons are missing. Send the materials you have on hand; we will buy the replacement ribbons and mount everything. The shadow box will be ready for display when you receive it.
